WHITE BAT AUDIO "Free Music" LICENSE AGREEMENT

Condition 1 - You Must Credit White Bat Audio

Credit must be given to White Bat Audio or Karl Casey when using White Bat Audio music in your projects.

To properly give credit, add in writng to your project:

“Music by Karl Casey @ White Bat Audio” or Music: ‘Track Name’ by Karl Casey @ White Bat Audio”

When publishing on YouTube, a credit must be placed in the video description or your video will be receive a copyright claim.

Condition 2 – Do Not Turn on Content ID Matching or Claim Any Copyright for Yourself

White Bat Audio music cannot be copyrighted in any way, shape or form.

On platforms, DO NOT check the “Turn on Content ID Matching” check box or claim any copyright to the music.

However, you can still monetize your YouTube video(s) that use music by White Bat Audio.

Condition 3 – Your Project Must Be an Original Piece of Content

White Bat Audio music can only be used in original creative works.

It is not permitted to re-upload White Bat Audio music and turn on monetization, sell White Bat Audio music as a product or claim White Bat Audio music as your own.

It is not permitted for White Bat Audio music to be used in AI training models.

This License does not in any way transfer any copyright ownership. White Bat Audio maintains the sole copyright holder of any works covered by this license. The music remains 100% copyright protected; this license allows the use of it.
